Shuttle to Showcase an Array of its BTR Solutions at 2012 International CES
Shuttle is innovating again by taking its BTR(Build-to-Request) solution to another level. At 2012 International CES, Shuttle is launching a variety of mobile computing product lines with hardware and software integration. Shuttle’s EduPAL electronic schoolbag solution will also be showcased with new advanced features and applications.
In rapidly changing mobile computing industry, Shuttle is unique for its flexibility, speed, quality and cost control system. From netbook, notebook, ultra-book, all-in-one PC to tablet PC, Shuttle provides diversified product lines for vertical market as well as consumer market, helping its local OEM partners to expand their home market.
Shuttle Tablet PC Line-Up
Shuttle continues to devote itself to the innovation of Tablet products, and is going to showcase its three new product lines – Q, N and V series at the CES 2012. The Value Line, Q Series is capable of high-definition video playback with ultra long battery life. The Performance Line, N Series enables the extensive games running on Android platform. The Commercial Line, V Series enables great flexibility in customized chassis to meet the specific needs of business. The three product lines are all BTR enabled and features low and high-resolution screens of 7 inch, 8 inch, 9.7 inch and 10 inch screens with additional options of 3G and wireless connections as well as different combination of sensors and storage capacity.
Shuttle Cost-Effective Ultrabook
Intel announced its ultra book concept in the mid of 2011 and has been pushing this category far beyond imaginations. Slim, fast boot and long battery life are features laid out by Intel. Shuttle F14 series is a 14 inch Ultrabook with 1 spindle design that corresponds to Intel’s
definition of Ultrabook.
However, to satisfy different types of market demand, Shuttle is further pushing the boundaries in a different direction. Shuttle E14 series sports a 14 inch screen with 2 spindle design that comes equipped with fast boot, long battery life while it’s very cost-effective thanks to the adaption of hard drive. Shuttle T11 series is an 11 inch Tablet PC with a docking station. The “convertible ultrabook” comes equipped with features such as fast boot, long battery life, and it is ready for Windows 8.
Other than three different categories of Ultrabook product lines, Shuttle will continue to launch BTR enabled notebooks to meet different needs from customers.
Shuttle EduPAL Solution
Shuttle’s EduPAL is a tablet turnkey solution that targets at the global education market. The EduPAL enables teachers, students, parents, and schools alike to enjoy an interactive learning experience through Shuttle’s tailor-made tablet PC platform which integrates hardware, software on cloud-based system. In the past year, Shuttle has provided the EduPAL solution to a few city governments in Taiwan and has successfully initiated the new learning environment for elementary schools. At CES, Shuttle will further showcase the integrated classroom environment.
